We had a great experience at this hotel. the staff was extremely accommodating and upgraded our room to one with a bathroom attached. the room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and the air conditioning kept the room fresh. the bed was large and comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the karaoke and casino facilities that were available.
The only downside we encountered was the short length of the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable for taller guests.

I really appreciated the great service from the staff at this hotel. When I accidentally booked a room without an attached bathroom, the staff kindly upgraded me to a room with a bathroom included. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and the air conditioning worked fine, even though the remote control was not functioning properly. the location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was conveniently close to the airport.
The bed in my room was a bit short, so I had to sleep diagonally to be comfortable, even though I'm only 5'11". I had some issues with the air conditioning remote control, but it wasn't too much of a problem since the temperature in the room was comfortable.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the fact that staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a room with an attached bathroom. the room itself was well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was also convenient and easy to find.
